Two
generations.
One obsession.
Born into outboard motors on Texel in 1964. Still running them — and the parts that keep them running — out of Belgium today. Mercury, OMC, Yamaha, Suzuki, Honda. Mostly two-stroke. All vintage. None retired.
1964
Sixty years
on the water.
It started with a boat rental on Texel. It became a Mercury dealership, then a watersports shop, then a working collection of engines and parts. The trade has moved south, but the obsession hasn't changed.
Since 1988, I grew up surrounded by outboard motors — mostly two-strokes, back when that's all there was. The smell of mixed fuel is the smell of my childhood.
Built up
over decades.
The focus is new and original parts. But the workshop also holds a serious archive of used parts, special tools, and rare components — the kind of stock that doesn't show up in a standard catalogue.
New & Original Parts
Mercury, OMC, Yamaha, Suzuki. The bulk of the inventory and the priority of every search.
Powerheads
Complete and serviceable powerheads, mostly two-stroke, pulled from working donor engines.
Lower Units
Lower units and midsections in tested condition — the parts that are nearly impossible to find new.
Carbs & Components
Carburetors, carb parts, ignition components, fuel pumps, water pumps — the small stuff that breaks first.
Special Tools
Mercury, Mercruiser and OMC factory tools — the kind of tools needed to do the job correctly the first time.
Used & Rare Stock
If it's not on the site and it's not in print anywhere, ask. There's a real chance it's on a shelf in the workshop.
Mercury, mostly.
4.5 to 150 HP.
A working personal collection of Mercury outboards, 1970s through 1990s — the parts catalogue grows with it.
Looking for a
part number?
The fastest way to find what you need is to send the part number, the engine model, or a photo. Same person reading every message — Alex, in the workshop.
"I'm happy to help you find the right part for your outboard so you can keep enjoying it for many years."
