OEM OMC Johnson/Evinrude 318940 is a Pinion, Rewind Starter gear designed for 9.9hp and 15hp Johnson/Evinrude 2-stroke outboards (1974-1992). This pinion gear engages with the flywheel ring gear to provide engine cranking torque during the rewind starter operation. Equivalent to Sierra 18-1505.
