The OMC 303142 is a throttle control pinion gear for Johnson and Evinrude outboard motors rated 5.5-40 HP from the 1950s through 1980s. This gear is part of the carburetor linkage assembly that connects the throttle control cable to the carburetor mechanism. It fits models 5.5, 6, 7.5, 10, 15, 18, 20, 25, 30, 33, 35, and 40 HP across Evinrude, Gale, Sea King, and Johnson brands. Often includes a nylon backer washer and fastening screw.
