Genuine OMC Johnson/Evinrude shifter clutch dog for outboard drive engagement. This OEM part operates the transmission shift fork to engage and disengage the propeller clutch when shifting between forward, neutral, and reverse. Compatible with Johnson 35HP and similar vintage OMC outboards from the 1970s–1980s. The clutch dog works in conjunction with the drive train assembly. Essential replacement for units experiencing sloppy or non-responsive shifting.
