Factory original throttle control cam for Johnson Evinrude small horsepower outboards. Used on 9.9-15 HP models to regulate throttle plate position and engine speed. Mechanical linkage component that translates throttle handle movement to carburetor adjustment. OEM part number 0323659, superseded by 0391669. Replace if throttle response becomes sluggish or erratic.
