The OMC 334897 is a water pump impeller key for Johnson and Evinrude outboard motors. This black plastic key secures the impeller to the driveshaft in the cooling system water pump assembly. Compatible with 40-75 HP models including 2-cylinder loopcharged 40-50 HP (1989-2005), 2-cylinder loopcharged 40-60 HP (1975-2006), and 3-cylinder loopcharged 60-75 HP (1975-2001). Equivalent to Sierra 18-3138, GLM 89592, and BRP 777841. Small, critical replacement component.
